1 General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 5rrr platform and all its services. When you create an account on 5rrr, browse the website, or use any service, you are agreeing to these Terms. Anyone who uses the services without reading or understanding these Terms does so at their own risk.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text. 5rrr reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account on 5rrr:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You may only have one account in your name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• You must manage the account for yourself — managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Accounts are for personal use only — use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

5rrr may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed, in which case any pending withdrawals will be considered void.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.

• You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, whether authorized or not.
• If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify 5rrr support immediately.
• 5rrr is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless it is the result of our own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on 5rrr:

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on 5rrr. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming them:

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus only, not to the deposited amount.
• Each bonus offer may have its own detailed terms — those apply separately.

VIP Program

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• You can move up to higher tiers through regular and responsible play.
• VIP benefits are subject to change and 5rrr may modify the program's terms at any time.

5rrr reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if it appears the bonus is being misused or the terms are being violated. Strategic or coordinated betting for the purpose of earning bonuses (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on the 5rrr platform:

• All bets are final — once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled or changed (with limited exceptions such as technical errors).
• If a bet is affected by a technical issue, 5rrr will make a decision after investigation and that decision is final.
• For sports betting, winnings will not be credited to the balance until the result is confirmed.
• 5rrr may set or change maximum limits on any bet.
• If an obvious technical error is found in a bet outcome (such as incorrect odds being displayed), 5rrr reserves the right to void that bet.
• Coordinated betting on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5rrr platform:

8 Limitation of Liability

5rrr operates as a reliable and fair-play platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, third-party service failures, or other technical reasons.
• Any bet or game affected by issues with the user's own device or network.
• Issues arising from technical errors by third-party game providers.
• Exposure of the user's account information to a third party, where caused by the user themselves.

5rrr is not liable under any circumstances for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or consequential damages. 5rrr will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues caused by technical errors and will cancel or review bets where necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

5rrr may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
• The user's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
